Who operates PORAHÍ
PORAHÍ is operated by NinetySix Technologies LLC. Questions about this policy may be sent to testimony@ninetysix.app.
Information used by the current service
The public discovery experience does not require an account. Like most websites, hosting and security systems may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Weather
The weather panel requests forecast information from Open‑Meteo. That request may provide Open‑Meteo with ordinary network information such as the visitor’s IP address and browser headers. PORAHÍ requests weather for a configured destination; it does not send the visitor’s precise location for this feature.
Experience bookings
Experience listings and outbound booking links are supplied by Viator. When a visitor opens a Viator link, Viator and its service providers may process the visit under their own privacy terms. PORAHÍ may receive aggregated attribution and commission reporting, but Viator processes the booking.
Location, accounts and traveler reports
The current release does not require precise location, user accounts or traveler reports. Before those features are activated, PORAHÍ will provide clear permission requests, purpose explanations, retention rules and appropriate controls.
Retention and security
PORAHÍ retains operational information only as reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal obligations and service improvement. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but PORAHÍ uses access controls, encrypted secrets and least-privilege integrations.
Your choices
You may avoid third-party booking links, block optional browser storage and contact PORAHÍ with a privacy request. Applicable rights vary by location. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request involving personal information.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. New data-intensive features will not quietly inherit this preview policy.
