PORAHÍ provides destination discovery, weather context, maps, recommendations and links to third-party experiences. Information may change without notice and may occasionally be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate.
Live and recent information
Status labels describe the freshness and source confidence of available information. A label is not a guarantee of safety, quality, availability or future conditions. Confirm important details with the responsible official source or provider before acting.
Bookings and third parties
Viator or another clearly identified provider may process a booking, payment, cancellation or refund. Those transactions are governed by the provider’s displayed terms. PORAHÍ is not the merchant of record for a booking completed on a partner site.
Traveler responsibility
Travelers remain responsible for their decisions, transportation, documents, health, safety and compliance with local laws. Weather, beach and road conditions can change rapidly.
No emergency service
PORAHÍ is not an emergency service and cannot dispatch assistance. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate official authority when immediate help is needed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse PORAHÍ, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, submit deceptive reports or use the service to harm another person or business.
Intellectual property
PORAHÍ branding, software and original presentation belong to NinetySix Technologies LLC or its licensors. Third-party names, images, maps and data remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
